Waterfalls
I love to hike and I seek out mountain hikes with waterfalls. But you don’t need to be a hiker to know how much people love waterfalls!
The smell of the air, the roar of the raw power, and the cleansing feeling you experience are worth the drive or the walk or the hike.
Something about the free fall of energy reminds me I can let go. And the power of the cascades seems to wash away fear, regret, and my compulsive need to control outcomes to feel safe.
