Mountain Cabins in Winter
There is just nothing to compare to the silence outside and the silence inside yourself when you spend some time in a winter cabin. The snow creates a blanket of quiet. The elevation invites you to feel above the noise. The effort – not so many conveniences help you to climb into yourself and notice your own body. I lived in a mountain cabin for a winter. What a gift! Find friends who will invite you to theirs :-) Rent it. And if no other option is available to you, at least climb some mountains and bring a thermos of hot coffee or chocolate. Life is beautiful when we uncomplicate ourselves. Only you can make the choice to give it to yourself.
