Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

I know plans change! If you need to cancel 7 or more full days before class, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days. Canceling 3–6 full days before class earns you 100% store credit of the amount paid, toward a future class. Canceling less than 3 full days before class earns 50% store credit of the amount paid. Unfortunately, day-of cancellations and no-shows aren’t eligible for a refund or credit, since materials are prepped per person in advance. Thanks so much for understanding!

Purchased Art Refunds

I want you to love the art you receive. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right. Except for the Butterflies Cards (also known as Harmony Thiessen Art cards), all products are handmade, and some variations may occur. Buyers should be aware of that when choosing to purchase. I will, however, provide the matching color scheme, method, and substrate as depicted in the various photos on our website. If you require a very specific approach, please contact me with a custom order request, and we will discuss your preferred order to reach a mutual agreement.

Because my artwork and greeting cards are produced in small batches and often printed to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.

I will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email harmony@harmonythiessenart.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact me and I’ll help investigate with the carrier. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered.

Custom Artwork

All custom or commissioned pieces are final sale.

Digital Products (if applicable later)

Digital downloads cannot be refunded once delivered.
