I want you to love the art you receive. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right. Except for the Butterflies Cards (also known as Harmony Thiessen Art cards), ll products are handmade, and some variations may occur. Buyers should be aware of that when choosing to purchase. I will, however, provide the matching color scheme, method, and substrate as depicted in the various photos on our website. If you require a very specific approach, please contact me with a custom order request, and we will discuss your preferred order to reach a mutual agreement.
Returns & Refunds
Because my artwork and greeting cards are produced in small batches and often printed to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
I will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

Your order arrives damaged

You received the wrong item

The item is defective.
To request a replacement:

Email harmony@harmonythiessenart.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue.
I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact me and I’ll help investigate with the carrier. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered.
Custom Artwork
All custom or commissioned pieces are final sale.
Digital Products (if applicable later)
Digital downloads cannot be refunded once delivered.
