Can I be blunt? It sucks to be sick!
Throughout my life, I have heard people say they are fighting off a cold or battling a disease. I have had a couple of life-threatening conditions; one took many months before I could be up and about again. That still small voice in my being whispered – don’t fight – love what is healthy instead. I changed my focus and am here to tell the story – gratefully. That inspired this sentiment – Feel Better Soon – show your body love.
How we do that is up to interpretation – a day or two off, drink lots of liquids, sleep, or maybe stay away from your phone! However, your recipient hears the words, the sentiment remains the same: “you are precious, and your body deserves to be loved.”
